Thank you for supporting Pain Revolution

The prevalence of persistent disabling pain and associated opiod dependencies, loss of productivity, depression and suicide, hits rural communities hardest. Pain Revolution, led by Professor Lorimer Moseley, aims to take on this massive problem by embedding the capacity within The Bush to prevent and overcome persistent pain. Our vision is, All Australians will have access to the knowledge, skills and local support to prevent and overcome persistent pain.

Your donation will go directly towards implementing and evaluating the Pain Revolution. Funds raised will help continue the research team’s work recruiting, training and resourcing Local Pain Educators. The team are also undertaking research into the effects of the Pain Revolution on pain-related beliefs and knowledge, analgesic prescription rate, recovery rate and the utility and impact of online and smartphone-based pain education and self-management coaching.
